All for less than $2.00 per day!

Plan Highlights:

• Low Monthly Cost: $49 ($1.61 per day)

• Contract Duration: 12-month minimum, automatically renewing unless cancelled by the customer.

• Coverage: This plan covers a wide array of services for both heating and cooling systems, including but not limited to furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.

Detailed Service Offerings:

Priority Scheduling and Emergency Service:

• As a plan member, you will receive priority scheduling for all service appointments, ensuring a technician arrives promptly when you need them most.

• No evaluation fee will apply for standard service visits during regular business hours saving you $129 for every standard service visit.

• Emergency service calls are available 24/7, with no additional after-hours fees. We understand that HVAC issues can arise at any time, and we are committed to being there for you.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Tune-Ups (2 per year):

Fall Furnace Tune-Up: 

Before the heating season begins, our certified technicians will perform a thorough inspection and cleaning of your furnace. This includes:

•   Checking and cleaning the burners and ignition system.

•   Inspecting the heat exchanger for cracks or damage.

•   Testing and adjusting the thermostat.

•   Lubricating all moving parts.

•   Checking for proper ventilation and gas pressure.

Benefits: This service ensures your furnace operates safely and efficiently throughout the winter, reducing the risk of breakdowns and saving you money on your energy bills.

Spring Air Conditioner Tune-Up: 

Prior to the cooling season, we will perform a detailed inspection and service of your air conditioning unit. This includes:

• Cleaning the condenser and evaporator coils.

• Checking the refrigerant levels and pressure.

• Inspecting and tightening all electrical connections.

• Lubricating the fan motor and blower assembly.

• Checking for proper drainage and airflow.

Benefits: This tune-up maximizes your AC's cooling efficiency, preventing costly repairs and ensuring a comfortable indoor environment during the hot summer months.

Discounted Repair and Replacement Services:

• 15% Discount on All Repairs: If your system requires a repair, you will receive a 15% discount on all parts and labor costs -OR- Up to $500.00 Repair Credit: Available after the first 12 months (whichever is greater)

• 10% Discount on New System Installation: Should your equipment need to be replaced, you will be entitled to a 10% discount on the purchase and installation of a new, high-efficiency HVAC system -OR- Up to $500 Install Credit: Available after the first 12 months and includes a $500 credit off equipment pricing for single install or $1000 for full system install (whichever is greater).

Filter Replacement and Air Quality Assessment:

• Annual Filter Replacements: During each scheduled visit, our technicians will replace your system's air filters with high-quality, long-lasting filters up to four times per year.

• Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Assessments: We will perform a basic IAQ assessment to identify potential issues with dust, allergens, and other pollutants. We can then provide recommendations for air purifiers, humidifiers, or other solutions to improve the air quality in your home.

Detailed Service Reports and Communication:

Plan Exclusions:

This plan does not cover the following:

• Replacing the entire HVAC systems, though it does offer a discount.

• Damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, 3rd party workmanship, unlicensed or unpermitted work, and/or neglect.

• Duct cleaning or repair services.
